AboutHistoryProject BILL has been in development for a good bit of time now, since I already have a full time job. About a year ago I realized that a few of the sites I developv all have custom programming, all doing the same type things (like logging in and calendars), but each was very different. If I wanted to add a news feature to another site, it would take me hours. So it was time to create one core programming system that would allow me to drop in ANY module, on ANY site, as well as Any template working with Any content. All without having to reprogramming everything each time. What is here for youI hope to have something great up here in spring of 2008 for anyone that wants a solid CMS with lots of features/modules. I hope to be able to release new modules all the time, and even some new themes. Some of the modules I currently have in development:
